1.Project Background
Children hailing from economically marginalized sections of the society are deprived of the benefits of a good education. The reasons for deprivation include poverty, low priority attached to education, lack of pedagogical resources, poor infrastructure in schools, involvement in income generating activities and household chores. The children hailing from these families are generally enrolled in government schools and most of them eventually drop out due to lack of learning reinforcement at home, lack of comprehension due to poor instructional quality in schools and due to involvement in income generating activities. The health requirements of these children are not catered due to lack of knowledge and resources on the part of the parents .
2.PROJECT DESCRIPTION FOR A TEACHING CENTER
The proposed project shall provide quality learning and development opportunities to 25-30 children hailing from economically weaker and slum area families in a proposed area center. 25-30 drop out children (6-10 years) shall be provided bridge education and enrolled after completion of the teaching sessions in a proposed area center. The project shall promote awareness regarding the importance of quality education. Special care shall be taken to involve students in sports, recreation, art, theater and extracurricular activities to help them discover their hidden talent and explore the world beyond academics. A health counselor shall conduct monthly health check ups of the learners.
12 months have been assigned for the proposed project.

Innovation
The innovative component of the project shall be the teaching methodology that is flipping the classroom for active learning where the students' initial exposure to content is shifted outside the classroom via reading sessions, screening of educational videos, individual and group activities, or a combination of these. Then during class, rather than lecturing, all or a significant portion of the time is used for practice, application exercises, discussion-based activities, team-based learning, or other active learning techniques.

9. TARGET BENEFICIARIES:
The target beneficiaries of the proposed project comprise 500-600 children in the age group of 6-14 years. The academically weak students, with overall scores below 35% as per school records, due to poor performance these students drop the school and work as a child labour or live in slums. All the beneficiaries hail from economically weaker sections of the society.
10.ORGANIZATION FRAME WORK
In a bid to curb illiteracy among children of weaker society areas, management Almighty International Sopciety would like to set up centers for the children called SOSVA Education center which will be located at different proposed areas in city and surrounding area villages mention above. Almighty International Sopciety will be responsible for the implementation of the project and reporting.
Almighty International society is registered in India under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 with its registered office at Punjab. Registration number DIC/DRA/6359 on the 17th of May 2011.
